OUR HISTORY
James Lofton, Master PDR tech, was born in Pensacola, Florida. Being a Navy brat, he has lived all over the USA. He went to Cooper Jr. High, McLean High School, and was graduated by Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond.
"I've always had an interest in cars, especially classic cars, both muscle cars and older foreign cars. I first saw Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) on a car lot somewhere in Northern Virginia in 1990. I was blown away and had to learn how to remove dents from cars without painting.
After about 4 years of servicing car dealers and individuals, in 1994 I opened a Paintless Dent Repair training school, PDR School & Tool. I've taught hundreds of people from all over the world the art of PDR. Most recently I spent 3 years in Singapore teaching PDR as a business opportunity for people from India and China. Definitely a win-win for me.
In addition to helping individual car owners, every morning we restore all the dents on cars for all the major rental car companies at Dulles airport."

Our Expertise
I'm well rounded and able to fix most any dent that is a candidate for Paintless Dent Removal,
along with major hail repair. If I can't help you I will be happy to direct you to a conventional body shop who can.
Our Commitment
I am very careful and conservative in dent removal estimates. I will fully educate you about what can be done, and what to expect. Most of my dent removal work is near "perfect" but I will never use that word. Every dent and Paintless Dent Repair is different. If you are unhappy with my work in any way, there will be no charge.
